Jess came from Motion today to give us an excellent exercise session in the small lounge. We had NCS students visiting and they were more than happy to take part. We had fun with pom poms, foam rods and balloons. Richard, Win’s son, came along and we were all pleased to see Win enjoying herself and fully engaging with the activity. Great fun and lively music.
