We had a very enjoyable time at the Crucible Tea Dance this month.
Susan St Nicholas entertained us with her beautiful singing voice and songs from different eras. We started with a picnic lunch, made by Jo. We were one of the first to arrive which meant that we had a front row table, which was wonderful for us. The highlight was having Mary Murphy’s Great Grandchildren with us and teaching us how to “floss”. We enjoyed cream scones and hot drinks at the interval. We enjoyed chatting with some of our tea dance friends, who we see there regularly. A good time was had by all.
