We went to the Crucible theatre for the monthly Tea Dance. It was a beautiful sunny day and everyone was in high spirits
The attendee’s this time were, Lille Rist and Margaret Seal, who went in a wheelchair taxi with Vicky, Mary Murphy, who went in a car with her daughter Julie and our new activities co-ordinator Jo, and Win who went with her son Steve. We enjoyed the music and the singer’s voice was beautiful but we did have to ask the staff if the speakers could be turned down slightly as a lot of our residents and the ones on the next table weren’t coping with the volume. Mary and Win had a little dance but mostly we were chair dancing and singing today. We enjoyed hot drinks and scones in the interval.
