We had a very well attended event to celebrate Mother’s Day. Lots of family and friends came along with home-made cakes and biscuits to make this an extra-special occasion. Flowers and chocolates were everywhere!
We had a tombola and a Mother’s Day quiz and Adrian got the most answers right and won the top prize. Well done! Rita did a superb “Mother’s Day” cake full of fresh cream and raspberries. Almost a shame to eat it! She also brought her cat, Oliver, whom Ann was particularly taken with as she adores cats. Our old friend, Betty, brought along her PAT dog Willow, much to the delight of the dog lovers in the Home.
