Baking
This morning, some residents joined in on a lovely baking session in which we made some delicious cookies! We all took turns mixing the ingredients together until it became a firm dough, then we rolled pieces of the dough into round balls before popping them in the oven. We chatted about what we used to like baking, and many said they enjoyed making desserts such as cake and apple pie. This made for a wonderful morning, and we can’t wait to enjoy our cookies once they’re ready!
