Residents enjoyed another invigorating chair-based exercise class with Zeezy via the TV portal. Staff helped to support and encourage the residents and this proved to be a very energetic session with lots of residents taking part, even those on the back row. It was the first one for Derek, our newest resident, who enjoyed himself very much and was pleased to win the Motioner of the Week award.
