Residents enjoyed an in-person Chair based exercise extravaganza with the Wonderful Zeezy. He successfully motivated many to take part whilst seated in a large circle in the main lounge. We used stretch bands, pompoms and had a woggle/balloon game which is always fabulous fun and greatly enjoyed by all. Zeezy found it a difficult job to pick a winner this time round but we finally agreed that Bryan deserved the Motioner of the Week award.
