Residents enjoyed a more relaxed, gentle exercise class today, due to the hot weather. We all had a great time doing lots of stretches and using pompoms and woggles as exercise aids. Peggy is always very committed to these sessions and was rightly awarded the Motioner of the Week award for consistently joining in and always looking fabulously dressed.
