Residents enjoyed an in-person Motion exercise class with Zeezy. Good to have Krystal there helping too. More residents got involved this week, especially Marion, who was taking part throughout and deservedly won the Motioner of the Week award. Many residents said afterwards how much they had benefited from the experience.
