Residents enjoyed another exciting Motion session with Zeezy as instructor, via the TV portal, and two of his trainee students in person, Sima and Becca. Really lovely to meet them and appreciated all their one-to-one support with the residents who needed it. We had an extremely lively session with a huge circle of residents and some in the outer circle also taking part. Good to have Marree joining in for the first time. Great to have Keith there and he was thrilled to win the Motioner of the Week trophy for all his hard work and perseverance during the session. Well done Keith!!
