We enjoyed another exciting Motion exercise class with Zeezy via the TV portal. Residents seemed to have recovered their energy and did very well in the class today, lots of stretching bands and waving pompoms and lifting balloons with the parachute. Excellent fun! Zeezy award the trophy to volunteer Krystal and staff member Tracy today.
