We enjoyed a baking activity in the Green Lounge this morning whilst listening to some jazz music on the interactive computer. Monica, Edith, Clarice and Carol all chose to sit round a table helping to peel, core and chop pears (from a local allotment). Clarice and Edith both proved to be exert “rubbers in” and made a lovely crumble topping. Something tasty to have for tea. A great opportunity to reminisce about past baking days and favourite recipes.
