This afternoon we had a great Motion session led by Zeezy and assisted by Sonia, Using the Portal Tv. We also had Szilvia, Marek and Natalie joining in and helping. First we did some chair exercises and action songs. After that we used Cheer leading pom poms, resistance bands, pool noodles and balloons and we finished the exercises with the giant parachute. We did a lot of giggling today. The stars of the week were Marion and George! We all enjoyed a well-deserved cold drink at the end!
