This afternoon Helen bought in some terracotta pots and bright coloured paints and asked who would like to help paint the pots so that we can plant them up with daffodils and spring bulbs next week. We have a lovely garden but not everyone can see all the flowers from the lounges upstairs so we thought we would brighten up the areas outside the lounge windows. Five residents really enjoyed doing this and did a lovely job (under Mildred’s supervision) Meanwhile a few more people enjoyed walks in the garden with Sonia. Jenny, Penny and Gwyneth enjoyed feeling the sun on their face and looking at the plants in the garden. Penny picked some snowdrops for everyone to enjoy inside.
