This morning Helen and Sonia organised a massage session for us. Because the weather was so nice and it wasn’t too cold, we decided we want to have some walks outside also. While Anne, Jenny, Janet, Deborah and Nicole enjoyed a nice massage from Helen, Sonia took Zuandi, Margaret, Valery, Norah and George out for a walk in the garden. Everyone was very happy and so relaxed at the end. In the meantime, the rest of us were happy to listen to some lovely Classical Music which is always such a good therapy for us. Some of us were happy to just have a nap after breakfast. After that we all enjoyed a hot drink and some biscuits.
