This afternoon Helen and Sandra asked who would like a game of Ludo. Penny, Peggy, Zuandi and Eve chose to join in and Sandra and Paula helped. The game seemed to go down quite well with Penny winning it. Afterwards Helen used the activity for some reminiscing about other childhood games and the games that people had played with their own children including board games, hopscotch and cats cradle. It bought smiles to a few faces recalling some of the games they used to play. Helen demonstrated hopscotch under Mildred’s instruction. Helen also left some artefacts and old photographs in the upstairs lounge which a few people enjoyed looking at.
