Today we had a range of activities in the between gazebo visits. Some residents enjoyed a game of dominoes or the bird pairing game in the morning whilst others were happy looking at some nostalgic picture books. We also had a short Sunday hymns, prayers and sharing session but unfortunately the photos for this didn’t work. In the afternoon after a lovely big Sunday dinner, only Stephen and John opted for table tennis and others enjoyed cuddling the empathy doll, or watching a programme about the royal family.Some people chose to stay in their rooms and listen to the radio or watch their own programmes. As is normal after Kirsty’s dinner, a lot of people enjoyed a nap. Sunday dinner itself here is always an event.
