This afternoon we got the lovely picture books out to share but most people preferred to sit looking at these independently or just with Helen so that they could have a one to one conversation. The books triggered a lot of memories and conversations, with their lovely old pictures, especially about holidays and children, and there was quite a lot of singing too. Afterwards Helen spent some time with residents who were in their rooms looking at the books with them as well.
