We made the most of the glorious weather for a second day running and ventured out into the sunshine again today. It was good to have Norah, Pam, Margaret P, Jenny, Susan and Mildred out in the splendid warmth and sunshine. We played a few games – Tin Can Alley, Catch/Throw the Beach ball, etc. and examined some large shells, trying to hear the sea. Zoe brought out some ice creams and everyone said how much they had enjoyed themselves. We needed sun cream and sun hats to protect us from the rays, it was sooo hot.
