Pam, Mary, Margaret Pashley and Mildred chose to be involved in the baking activity in the main lounge this morning. Mildred preferred to simply watch but she was very much part of the group, talking about our “baking days”. Mary, Pam and Margaret were all keen to do some of the mixing. We were making a lemon birthday cake for Scott.
