We had a wonderful trip out to the Light cinema to see Whisky Galore. The attendees were Vicky and Natalie (staff), Krystal (volunteer), Margaret S, Pam C, John, Margaret P (residents) and Roger (day care). We travelled by taxi, as it was a blustery day. We met some of our friends from Moorend Care Home. We enjoyed eating popcorn, whilst watching the film. Roger particularly liked the film and was chatting and reminiscing about his days in the military and recognised the different places, etc. After the film, we had a picnic lunch in the cafe area and had such a giggle together! We are looking forward to the next one, “High Society”, on the 23rd April.
