We had a visit from two young girls who did a variety of activities with us to music. We started off using cheerleaders pom poms to exercise our arms. Florence especially enjoyed using these and did all kinds of arm dancing and exercise whilst singing. Afterwords we used pool noodles and balloons to pay games which was a lot of fun, and nearly everyone joined in. Valerie Chadwick and her daughter especially enjoyed playing with balloons and laughing together. Later we played skittles and hoopla with Olga being the champion of the hoopla and Marion Kennedy also really enjoying this. Some of us had a dance during the session too and Pippa showed us that she enjoys dancing and singing too.
