Exercise is a very important part of life. Some love to stay seated and do chair aerobics, others like to "sit-dance" a few like to get up and boogie! For others a short walk to a local park or the shops is very beneficial.

Little Acorns Toddler Group will be having fun and games in the main lounge for an hour or so, hopefully every fortnight.
We have decided to incorporate a "Pamper Day" with our hairdresser visit. This has proved very successful so far, with many of our ladies enjoying having a makeover and wearing a pretty scarf for their photo shoot. Even the chaps like to wear a posh tie and cap.

Cycling Without Age are part of a cycling event being held on Ecclesall Road and they have invited our care home to take part in the procession. We have an hour's slot booked from 2pm.
