Yo will be leading a singing event in the small lounge for an hour once a month on a Tuesday afternoon and will last for one hour with refreshments afterwards.

We will be taking a small group along to this Irish lunch/dance event with live music at the Philadelphia Club. Relatives/friends are welcome to come and join us or help with lifts.

Gina has been coming to the Hallamshire for many years and is skilled in massage therapy and Reiki healing.

Father’s Day Tea Party
We will be honouring all our dads - Syd, Roy and Arthur with a performance from Patrick and friends at 2pm followed by cake and refreshments. They will be singing a few Elvis ballads and songs from the 1960's and 1970's.

We have decided to incorporate a "Pamper Day" with our hairdresser visit. This has proved very successful so far, with many of our ladies enjoying having a makeover and wearing a pretty scarf for their photo shoot. Even the chaps like to wear a posh tie and cap.

Volunteers from St Marks Church are visiting to give residents a short Holy Communion Service in the conservatory. Involves singing a few hymns which everyone enjoys very much. All friends and family members are welcome to come along.

Another opportunity for residents, family and staff to have a go in this "carriage" (weather permitting). Clare is keen to start slightly earlier, say 1.30pm, to try and miss the rush hour traffic and we may aim for a local park this time.

Everyone is welcome to come and join us for our annual garden party starting at 1pm. This will be a fund raising event with craft/cake stall, face painting, tombola, raffle, BBQ, etc. We have a Buddy Holly look-a-like performing this year which should be great fun.
