Trip out to the Light Cinema to see Love me tender. We set off around 11:30 Film starts at 12:15. We take a picnic lunch, which we eat whilst watching the film and the cinema provide biscuits and hot drinks

Caroline Cook has now established her Gardening Club which will take place in the conservatory (with ready access to the garden) once a month from 3 - 4pm. Everyone welcome to come and join in.
We have decided to incorporate a "Pamper Day" with our hairdresser visit. This has proved very successful so far, with many of our ladies enjoying having a makeover and wearing a pretty scarf for their photo shoot. Even the chaps like to wear a posh tie and cap.

Volunteers from St Marks Church are visiting to give out residents a short Holy Communion Service in the conservatory (usually on the third Wednesday of the month but please check on-line events diary for any changes to this). All friends and family members are welcome to come along.

Fabulous Karaoke session with staff and residents or Tracy playing guitar and leading a sing-a-long session with song sheets and audience participation.
The activities coordinators will go around each resident, asking their permission to wash their hands and nails, clean under , trim and file nails. Also the resident will have the option to have nails painted, hand cream applied and a hand massage

Motion have asked us to do a repeat filming session as unfortunately the original file was corrupt and all the footage was lost. We will probably involve all the original volunteers and family members are more than welcome to join us and be interviewed if they so wish.

We have 6 places for this event and anyone is more than welcome to take along their family member to this free event which includes a cream tea and live entertainment. Doors open at 1pm with singing from 1.30pm and finishes around 2.45pm.
