Exercise is a very important part of life. Some love to stay seated and do chair aerobics, others like to "sit-dance" a few like to get up and boogie! For others a short walk to a local park or the shops is very beneficial.

We have decided to incorporate a "Pamper Day" with our hairdresser visit. This has proved very successful so far, with many of our ladies enjoying having a makeover and wearing a pretty scarf for their photo shoot. Even the chaps like to wear a posh tie and cap.

We will be taking a small group along to this Irish lunch/dance event with live music at the Philadelphia Club. Relatives/friends are welcome to come and join us or help with lifts.
There is a dementia friendly showing of the Lion King which starts at 12.15pm, leaving care home at 11.20am. Please let Vicky know if you want to come along to this. We can walk people round in wheelchairs to make things simpler. Picnic lunch there. Cost £5 plus carers free.
