We have decided to incorporate a "Pamper Day" with our hairdresser visit. This has proved very successful so far, with many of our ladies enjoying having a makeover and wearing a pretty scarf for their photo shoot. Even the chaps like to wear a posh tie and cap.

Beki will be performing this afternoon to help us celebrate Connie's birthday. All family members and friends are welcome to come and join in the fun.
Exercise is a very important part of life. Some love to stay seated and do chair aerobics, others like to "sit-dance" a few like to get up and boogie! For others a short walk to a local park or the shops is very beneficial.
Tracy will be taking a small group in car to St Marks Church, Broomhill for morning worship. They will stay afterward for light refreshments and be back in time for lunch.

Our Irish friend, J J Galway will be bringing along his keyboard to sing some of our favourite songs to help us celebrate Win's birthday with singing, dancing and birthday day. All welcome to come and join in the fun.

We are holding other 1950's evening event with a buffet at 4.30pm followed by games, fun and dancing. Come dressed up - especially family members, friends and staff/partners - to make the event extra special.

Caroline Cook has now established her Gardening Club which will take place in the conservatory (with ready access to the garden) once a month from 3 - 4pm. Everyone welcome to come and join in.
Volunteers from St Marks Church are visiting to give out residents a short Holy Communion Service in the conservatory (usually on the third Wednesday of the month but please check on-line events diary for any changes to this). All friends and family members are welcome to come along.
Tracy will be telling a Godly Play story from 2.30pm, aimed at Christians and non-Christians alike. This involves a guitar sing-a-long, a Bible story is told in a simple and engaging manner, and finally a time for reflection and a "Feast" time with light refreshments. All welcome to join in and help support this event.

A ride around the block or to the general cemetery or local park with a member of staff or family member, on a rickshaw style bike. It feels like a chariot. If you would like to have a ride with your relative please let us know and we will add you to the list
