Cycling Without Age
This morning, Janet got the chance to go on a lovely bike ride with Cycling Without Age, it was a great time as we got to admire some of the beautiful flowers in the Botanical Gardens, then shortly after enjoyed a coffee at the Motore Café in Bingham Park whilst chatting with some of the folk. We even got to meet their lovely dog, Otto, who gave us some cuddles and we gave him plenty of strokes, making for a great morning.
