This afternoon the staff explored some of the resident’s life history’s by asking them questions that prompted them to open up about their past interests, memories and dislikes. This then helps staff ensure that activities are person centred and that they will be enjoyed by the residents. It was a very interesting afternoon getting to know more about them.
