This morning residents have enjoyed a motion session with Aaron. Lots of laughs were had, and exercises done, including balloon tennis, resistance band stretches, pool noodle curls and shaking pompoms. A lovely time was had, as the record was nearly broken, for the number of times hitting a balloon to keep it in the air! A great and fun way to start the day, and set everyone up for the weekend!
