This morning, we were joined by the lovely Aaron for our weekly motion session. We had a great time taking part in a range of exercises and games which was great fun. We also enjoyed a nice sing along whilst doing the exercise we sung row row your boat and the grand old duke of York with gave us a good laugh. Everyone did very well especially Peggy who won motioner of the week.
