This afternoon, residents took part in our final Motion class of 2024! We were joined again by the lovely Zeezy who helped residents practise their throwing, catching and balancing skills. We also stretched our leg muscles using our yellow bands and finished off with a much-loved game of Balloon Tennis. Our star of the week this week was Alice for doing so well in her first ever Motion.
