Vicky and Jo are part of an Activities director’s support group, where they meet together in each other’s care homes, share ideas, get new inspiration, support each other’s’ events etc. This month’s get together was at 12 Trees care home. We did it a bit different this time as it was a Christmas special, so we all took 3 residents each and had mulled wine, mince pies and did Christmas crafts together. We decorated some Christmas tree baubles and made some Christmas cards. We thoroughly enjoyed this session. Olga remembered Jeanette and remembered that she danced with her at the Dancing with dignity event so that was special.
