Today we had a lovely session with Caroline and Jo, making cards using dried ferns and conifers. In the session we got to make special card for our families and friends, even Great Grandchildren! Caroline brought in paint, cards and all the items we needed to get ‘creative and crafty’. Our conversations ranged from what we trimmed our homes with, holly and berries, wreaths and cards; to how we made Christmas Cakes and Puddings, reminiscing about ‘stir up Sunday’. It was interesting how many of us recalled attending church and this been a sermon and service. Refreshments rounded of a lovely afternoon!
