We had a trip out to the Crucible to take part in the tea dance. The attendees were Vicky, Marion Peck and her daughter Jill, Valerie Loft, Susan Palmer. (Valerie’s daughter-in-law Yo, had lunch with us. We started with a picnic lunch, prepared by Jo. We had hot drinks and listened to Susan St Nicholas sing some of the good old favourites. We had a few dances and spent time chatting to some familiar faces. Susan saw the people from the day care centre that she used to stay with, and had a good catch up with them, and even sat with them in the interval.
