Residents and eight young children (with staff) from the Hallam Uni Nursery had a wonderful “animal-theme” based session in the Conservatory this morning. Some chose to sit at the Messy Play Table (with paint, stencils and wooden shapes) and others chose to sit at the Picture/Puzzle Table to identify the animals and discuss them. Some chose to sit on the sidelines to watch and experience a room full of happy children. Both residents and children had a mutually rewarding time.
