We had 11 parents and toddlers join us this week, some familiar faces and some new. We met in the main lounge. We will probably continue to have the group in the conservatory when it’s not being used. We started with free play and getting to know each other, followed by a song time, where we sang traditional children’s songs and nursery rhymes. While we were having a snack time, Tricia and Vicky read us a story. We followed with some “messy time” which was playing with play-dough. Vicky passed some play-dough around to the residents and let them have a play and reminisced about playing with Plasticine . The next group will be on the 22nd October and will be a special one!
