SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURESWe enjoyed a wonderful walk from Endcliffe Park to Forge Dam on a cold but dry and windless Saturday morning. Most of us made it all the way but some had to turn back half-way and walked back to Endcliffe Park (but still did a two mile walk regardless) We raised a lot of money for the Alzheimer’s Society. Great to have so many families join us – Mary’s daughter and some of her grandchildren and great grandchildren, Peggy Larder and her family, Win and family, Scott and children, Arthur and family, Janet and Adrian, Rita and Steve, etc. Lost track of how many did the walk altogether. Great to have the SCT minibus to meet us at Forge Dam and help with lifts back to Endcliffe Park and the care home. A great success and hope to do it again next year.
