Upper Chapel Heritage Day

We had a trip out to the Upper Chapel National Heritage Day. There were 9 of us altogether including Sue, Olga, Anne, Mary and her daughter Julie, Betty and the dog Willow, Sheila and her daughter Jos and Vicky. We started off by enjoying some refreshments in the library room, Rita came and sat with us and joined in with the conversation. We sat in the main chapel and enjoyed a piano and organ recital. Olga enjoyed reading up the history of the Chapel and the people that were involved. We Had a little tour around Channing Hall by Patrick the vicar. Susan took a shine to Patrick and was singing to him, which amused us all.
