Derek enjoyed a “Cycling Without Age” carriage experience with Chris as our pilot. It was a bit chilly but we got well wrapped up for our ride around Botanical Gardens. Derek was pleased to borrow a yellow woolly hat for the occasion. We enjoyed seeing all the Autumn leaves and colours. A great opportunity to chat with staff about his life achievements and interests. We met Stanley the dog and his owner Rita on our travels and it was good to stop and say “Hello”. We all had a great time. Esme also enjoyed her ride around the Botanicals and the newly renovated General Cemetery, accompanied by her daughter in law, Pauline, whose feedback was “Fantastic.. Thank you”. Everyone had a fantastic time and we are very grateful to our pilot Chris and the whole of the Cycling Without Age team.
