We had our fortnightly exercise session with Pulse outside in the garden, to make the most of the gorgeous weather.
Good to have our new resident, Roy, and his wife, Judy, join us. James led us through a full body workout, fun but challenging. Great to sit in the shade and admire the architecture of the Hallamshire Care Home and the beautifully tended garden, before and after the session.
