Residents enjoyed a one-to-one Nature Club activity this afternoon with a basket of shells and a basket of pine cones. These proved to be excellent reminiscence materials with stories of seaside holidays, walks in the woods and some lovely holiday memories shared. A very sensory experience. And of course some of us sang “Oh I do like to be beside the seaside”. Residents in Conservatory also chose to listen to a Victor Sylvester ballroom dancing CD which brought back lots of happy memories of past dances and listening to the band on the radio.
