We celebrated Pat’s 82nd birthday with some beautiful singing from Heather. She sang quite a collection of songs – Doris Day, Irish songs, patriotic songs, as well as songs from musicals.
Lots of our residents had a dance today, more than usual and even the staff joined in! It was a really enjoyable atmosphere. It was lovely to have Pat’s family here with us to help celebrate! We also welcomed Nellie’s daughter, Carol, who was visiting from her home in France and Janet’s son, Adrian. We ended by singing happy birthday to Pat and we all shared the birthday cake, which was delicious!!
