Residents enjoyed reading a fact sheet about Glenn Miller and looking at some of his LPs this morning, an opportunity for valuable reminiscence. This afternoon we all enjoyed a Swing Party, listening to the records, singing along, with lots of folk wanting to dance to dance with staff and each other. After the dancing, we had a lovely buffet tea and watched YouTube videos of some of the great Big Bands and spent some time recognising and discussing the instruments. Happy memories!
