Residents and staff enjoyed another exciting Motion session, this time with Ella as Zeezy was busy on this occasion. Ella was very impressed with our singing skills and energy. We had great fun using woggles for balloon tennis and she even got us to use the parachute. We had a great laugh whilst increasing our fitness levels. Wonderful feel-good factor. Clarice won the Motioner of the Week award this time round.
