Residents loved another visit from the Hallam University Nursery this morning. We were joined by Natalie and Grace who brought 6 children along with them, a few the same as last time and a few new ones. One of the little girls, Tabitha, was 4 today so we sang Happy Birthday to her and amazingly it was Carol’s birthday too and she was thrilled to have a tray of decorated buns and candles as her birthday surprise. She shared them of course! The children sang carols to us and we played with the parachute using fake snowballs instead of balloons. Great fun for everyone! A more relaxed session. We are looking forward to taking a few residents to their Xmas Fair tomorrow afternoon at the Hallam Uni Nursery.
