We enjoyed another exciting Motion chair exercise class this afternoon. The residents were very lively this week and we had a wonderful time of fun and laughter, especially with the woggles and balloons. The staff did too. Norah was very focused and Zeezy awarded her the Motioner of the Week award and we all thought this was well deserved. She obviously had great fun and benefitted from this session and made us laugh by balancing the trophy on her head.
