We had another excellent Motion exercise class with our friend Zeezy. Great to have so many residents taking part and staying really focused this week. So much so, that Zeezy was extremely impressed with everyone and gave us all the Motioner of the Week award. Wonderful fun especially with the balloons. We all felt refreshed and invigorated by the end of the session. Well done Zeezy!!
