We had a lovely couple of trips out around Botanical Gardens with the help of Peter, our pilot today. It was a bit cool and breezy so we were very glad of the fur lined cover to keep us warm. Peggy had a great time on her trip out and was accompanied by her daughter in law, Ruth. Bert thoroughly enjoyed his journey around the park and was chatting quite happily with a member of the activity staff, reminiscing about his life and pointing out all the young children, squirrels, birds and appreciating all the lovely trees and flowers.
