This afternoon we had a livestream session of Motion, with the wonderful Zeezy. Our helpers today were Vicky, Sonia, Zoe, and Debbie. We did chair exercises, balloon tennis, Stretches with the resistance bands, and pom poms, parachute fun, and cool downs. Our new friend John H won star of the week this week, as it was his first week of joining in. A usual we had Scottish and Irish accordion music in the back ground. Vicky is going to add a few leg kicks and bicep curls to our care home Olympic points, as we did some of each.
